· Depot Repair Center - Liebert has its own repair center in Delaware, Ohio for repairs of small UPS systems (3000 VA and below)
· Start-up - Start-up includes one site trip by an LGS customer engineer after the Liebert power protection system has been installed. The trip includes the following services for a power protection system: non-powered inspection, electrical and operational checkout, full parts and labor for any remedial work required on the system, and customer operation training at time of start-up.
· Liebert Signature Services - Liebert Signature Services offers greater flexibility in providing service programs that fit the specific needs of your site. In progressing through the program options from "S" to "E", the service offerings are enhanced. Coverage times can be selected between an 8x5 basis (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) and a 7 day x 24 hour basis.
